Delivery Policy

Delivery Terms

Delivery will be made to the address provided by you within 2–4 business days from the date the order is placed. During special promotions or unfavorable weather conditions, the delivery time may be extended.

For certain products, this period may be longer depending on stock availability.

All orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed starting from Monday.

Products are transported under optimal conditions and will be delivered together with the invoice and the warranty certificate.

Upon receiving the package, please check the integrity of the packaging, as well as the presence of the warranty certificate (where applicable) and the fiscal invoice.

Products are delivered subject to stock availability at the date of order confirmation/acceptance.

Amveko Industry cannot guarantee stock availability in the warehouse for all products presented.

Delivery Costs

The delivery cost will be determined according to the weight of the ordered product.

Special Conditions

The delivery time may be affected by factors that can cause delays beyond the control of Amveko Industry or the courier company, such as:

• unfavorable weather conditions,

• accidents or road blockages,

• stock availability from external suppliers, etc.

In all such cases, a sales representative will contact you to inform you and communicate a new delivery date. Acceptance or refusal of the new delivery term will result either in proceeding with the delivery or in the cancellation of the order, as applicable.
