Return policy

a. Return of Incorrect Parts

If you find that the parts you ordered are not suitable for your equipment, please send an email to amveko@gmail.com with the subject line: RETURN FORM.
These parts may be returned within the following time frame: 14 days for individuals and 3–5 days for legal entities, to our warehouse address: Strada Sinei, Nr. 4, Sector 5, Bucharest, Postal Code 052647.
The transportation costs for returned parts are the responsibility of the Buyer.
Returned products must be in the same condition as when they were received.
Products that have undergone unauthorized interventions, show signs of excessive wear or use, scratches, chips, dents, mechanical/electrical shocks, or are missing accessories will not be accepted.
In order to be refunded, the parts must physically arrive at the Amveko Industry warehouse and meet the qualitative and quantitative requirements.
At the customer’s choice, the refunded amount can either be transferred to the specified bank account or remain as store credit for future orders.
Certain parts with special conditions (such as electronic parts and/or those specifically marked as such) may be subject to a return fee ranging from 10% to 18%.

b. Return of Parts Under Warranty

Warranty return requests must be sent to amveko@gmail.com in an email with the subject line: WARRANTY RETURN FORM.
These parts must be returned to our warehouse at: Strada Sinei, Nr. 4, Sector 5, Bucharest, Postal Code 052647.
The transportation costs for returned parts are the responsibility of the Buyer.
For warranty validation, the part must be accompanied by:
1. An Installation Report from an ISCIR-authorized service provider.
2. A Fault Assessment Report describing the defect.
The supplier’s response time is 30 days, as follows:
- If a manufacturing defect is found, the part may be repaired or replaced with a new one.
- If the defect is caused by improper installation or use, the part will be returned to the customer without replacement.
