Delivery Policy

Order Processing and Delivery Times
Delivery will be made to the address provided by you within 2–4 business days from the moment the order is placed. During special promotions or in case of adverse weather conditions in Romania or across Europe, the delivery time may be extended.
For certain products, this period may be longer depending on stock availability.
All orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed starting from Monday.

Products are transported in optimal conditions and will be delivered together with the invoice and warranty certificate (when applicable).
Upon receiving your package, please check the integrity of the packaging as well as the presence of the warranty certificate and the fiscal invoice.
Products are delivered within the limits of available stock at the time of order confirmation/acceptance. Amveko Industry cannot guarantee the availability in stock of all products presented on the website.

Delivery Costs
The delivery cost within Romania is calculated based on the weight of the ordered product.
All orders with delivery to Bucharest Municipality benefit from free shipping.
